The “New Water Line” Project in Prague wins “Project of the Year 2019”

The project ”Complete redevelopment and extension of the Central Waste Water Treatment Plant (CWWTP), the City of Prague on the Emperor’s Island, Part 0001 – New Water Line (NWL)” designed by Sweco Czech Republic has won a prestigious award “Project of the Year 2019”.

The project ”Complete redevelopment and extension of the Central Waste Water Treatment Plant (CWWTP), the City of Prague on the Emperor’s Island, Part 0001 – New Water Line (NWL)” designed by Sweco Czech Republic has won a prestigious award “Project of the Year 2019”. The national competition is organised by ABF Foundation for Architecture and Buildings, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians in the Construction Industry, and the Association of Construction Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic. It is the largest annual competition in the field of architecture and civil engineering, which annually assesses the successes of Czech companies, individuals and institutions both within and outside of the Czech Republic. The organisers of the competition closely cooperate with the most significant partners from the state administration, professional institutions, mass media and industry publications. The success in this competition is clear proof of the quality of the project, which was assessed from various angles with the support of a highly professional jury.
